JonCarlo Callea, CFA

JonCarlo Callea joined Sterling Investment Counsel in 2021.  JonCarlo is responsible for portfolio management, investment research, and oversight of complex client accounts. His passion for investing led him to acquire his Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2018. He now serves as President on the board of CFA Society Buffalo and is actively involved in bringing renowned speakers to audiences of business professionals in the community.

Prior to joining Sterling, JonCarlo held various portfolio management roles at Morgan Stanley. JonCarlo received his B.S. in Economics and Finance from Canisius University in 2015. He graduated summa cum laude and was part of the prestigious Golden Griffin Fund, a student-run, real money managed equity fund offered to finance students. In his free time, JonCarlo is an outdoors enthusiast who enjoys hiking, skiing and traveling.
